Service
AccessPeek provides automated, single-page accessibility checks, paid reports, and optional monitoring. You must have authority to scan the submitted website and use the service lawfully.
Important limitation
Automated testing detects only some accessibility issues. Results are informational, are not legal advice or certification, and do not guarantee WCAG or legal conformance. Manual testing by qualified people remains necessary.
Payments and subscriptions
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller of our products. Paddle appears on your statement and issues your receipt, and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales tax and VAT. Prices are shown inclusive of tax before checkout. Refunds and cancellations are handled under our refund policy. Statutory consumer rights, including any statutory right of withdrawal, are not limited by these terms.
Acceptable use
- Do not scan systems you are not authorised to test.
- Do not evade limits, disrupt the service, or use it to attack third parties.
- Do not rely on results as your only accessibility assessment.
Availability and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but sites may block scanners and third-party services may fail. To the extent permitted by law, AccessPeek is not liable for indirect loss or decisions based solely on automated results.
